Directions
Wrap the
bandage around the leg, starting from the foot/ankle and reaching the
thigh/groin, using the „spiral
bandage tehnique“ , partly overlapping the bandage while wrapping. It is
important to apply more pressure on the ankles and gradually reduce it while
rising up the leg. Continue wrapping hips and abdomen.
Then cut the
bandage, insert the flap under it, and repeat the process on the other leg up
to the groin.
Cower with a
carttene sheet and leave in place for 15-20 minutes. Use the same technique to
wrap the arms, if necessary.
